TERMS and CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Order Acceptance

By creating and submitting an order, client represents and warrants that all personal information you have entered for the order is valid.

Client cannot cancel or change an order once it has been submitted and paid, except with respect to out of stockitems.

If an item client have ordered is not in stock after the order has been placed, client will receive an “Out of Stock” notification via email / phone (if an email address / phone no has been provided). We reserve the right to cancel orders for out of stock items at any time by giving email / phone text notice to client.

IMPORTANT: Please take down the “Order Ref. No.” for future reference

2. Order Processing

We process most orders within 3 - 5 full working days if the items selected are in stock. If item ordered is out of stock, we will contact client for further instructions.

We will issue an email to notify client when client’s order has been shipped. The shipment’s tracking no will be provided as well for order tracking purpose.

All orders will be shipped via our designated carrier service provider. If you choose an express delivery service, an additional charge will be imposed at the time of your order.

All ship and delivery dates specified are estimates only and are subject to change. We do not guarantee delivery dates and we are not responsible for delays by the designated carrier.

Client are require to inspect your order upon arrival, report any problems/issues immediately (within 7 days) to us at onlineshop@fiffybaby.com

(B) Pricing

All prices listed are subject to changes during promotion or events. As such, prices listed at the time of site publication are deemed to be correct, final and non-negotiable.

All prices listed on our web store are inclusive of 6% GST but DO NOT include shipping or handling charges, which shall be charged on all orders as applicable and will be indicated at the time of your order.

In the event the listed prices at an incorrect price due to typographical or other error in pricing, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed or accepted and client’s payment received. We will issue a credit to client’s account in the amount of the incorrect price.

 

(C)Product Descriptions

We try to be as accurate as possible in describing our merchandises. However, we do not guarantee that merchandise’s descriptions or others content in our web store are 100% accurate, complete, current, reliable or error-free.

All dimensions/measurements and colours in the product descriptions’ and photo are best approximate guides only.

Please take note we will NOT respond or acknowledge client’s email or text. However, when payment is received, you will be notified via email. All orders will be processed only upon confirmation of payment. All payment must be made within 24 hours from the ordering date, orders will not be reserved for payment after the duration mentioned.

 

(E) Shipment and Delivery Charges

1. Shipment

Every product carries different shipping charges based on the weight and box dimensions. Therefore, charges will be shown in the final statement or invoice.

Notes:-

· Deliveries will be made via our designated carrier. If client select own prefer delivery service, an additional charge will be imposed at the time of your order.

· We reserve the right to change the delivery charges without prior notice.

· All taxes, duties and other fees, if any are to be borne by clients.

· We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

· Please take note that the delivery charges are based on per transaction per delivery.

 

Order – Cancellation, Return and Exchange Policy

1. Cancellation of Orders

All orders which have been confirmed, acceptance and delivered cannot be cancelled. However client may arrange for an exchange after order received provided fulfils and complies with our Return and Exchange policy.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

We regret that Returns and Refunds cannot be accepted. However we will readily accept any request to exchange that is within 7 days from the date of receiving your orders. The acceptance is subject to confirmation with us either by email or phone. The below guidelines apply:-

· Exchanges cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, altered, stained or washed merchandise.

· All merchandise’s labels and tags are intact.

· Order returned must in its original packing, unused, not damaged and in re-saleable condition together with the any associated accessories and documentation.

· Promotion, discounted and special priced merchandises are final sales and not entitle or eligible for exchange.

· All exchange merchandises will have to be sent to us at client’s own cost and risk. Clients will to bear the shipping cost when returning the goods.

· Delivery charges for the replacement exchange merchandises are to be borne by Clients.

· We will not hold responsible for loss or goods damaged on the way back for an exchange. Please pack your returned items properly and recommend returning via recorded delivery service provider. We reserve the right not to accept the return.

· We cannot accommodate replacement exchange merchandises of lower value. For replacement/exchange merchandises of high value, clients will have to make payment the difference before replacement/exchange delivered.
